TiE Young Entrepreneurs

Program Overview

TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) is a flagship program that introduces high school students to entrepreneurship through hands-on, experiential learning. It enables students to develop problem-solving skills, think creatively, and explore innovation as a potential career pathway. Through the program, participants gain exposure to real-world challenges and learn to approach them with a structured, entrepreneurial mindset. A key focus of TYE is building a strong foundation in Design Thinking and the Lean Canvas model, equipping students to understand user needs, ideate solutions, and translate ideas into viable business concepts. By the end of the program, students are better prepared to think independently, innovate confidently, and contribute meaningfully as future leaders and changemakers.
