Charter Members

TiE Charter Members (CMs) are accomplished entrepreneurs, corporate intrapreneurs, and thought leaders who have reached a pinnacle in their professional journey and are eager to give back to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. They embody the TiE mission of fostering wealth creation, mentoring the next generation, and strengthening the entrepreneurial community. Charter Members play a pivotal role in shaping TiE’s vision and operations, offering their expertise, leadership, and experience to empower fellow members and aspiring entrepreneurs. The rewards of Charter Membership go beyond personal recognition—they lie in contributing meaningfully to a global network of innovation and impact. Scaleup Membership

The ScaleUp Membership is curated for high-potential startup founders in the seed to pre-Series A stage who are actively scaling their ventures. The membership offers strategic access to mentorship, investor networks, founder forums, and global ecosystem opportunities that support startups during critical stages of growth and expansion. Who Can Apply • Founders of startups in the seed to pre-Series A stage • Startups with funding (₹1 Cr+/USD 100K+) or strong revenue traction • Scalable, innovation-driven ventures What They Receive (Take) • Curated mentorship from Charter Members • Access to investor connects & funding readiness programs • Invitations to curated founder/CM events • Startup showcase & visibility opportunities • Access to TiE global network What They Provide (Give) • Active ecosystem participation • Knowledge sharing and peer mentorship • Engagement in TiE programs and initiatives • Commitment to evolve into ecosystem contributors Financial Contribution ₹50,000 and a one-time fee of ₹1.25 Lakhs Criteria to Become a Member • Founder of a scalable venture • Demonstrated traction (funding/revenue/growth) • Evaluation + approval process • No service providers without scalable ventures • Entrepreneurial intent

Associate Membership

The TiE Associate Membership is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs, startup founders, young professionals, and aspiring business leaders who are looking to accelerate their entrepreneurial journey through learning, networking, and ecosystem engagement. The membership serves as a gateway to TiE’s vibrant community of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and industry leaders, enabling members to gain practical insights, meaningful connections, and access to entrepreneurial opportunities. Associate Members benefit from curated learning experiences, founder-led sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship access, and participation in TiE chapter initiatives and global programs. The membership helps individuals strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, build valuable relationships, and navigate their growth journey with confidence while actively engaging with the TiE ecosystem. Future Founder Members

The Future Founder Membership is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, students, professionals, and idea-stage founders who are looking to begin their entrepreneurial journey within a structured and supportive ecosystem. The membership provides access to mentorship, workshops, peer learning, founder interactions, and curated TiE programs that help members develop entrepreneurial skills, strengthen ideas, and build meaningful connections within the startup ecosystem. Who Can Apply • TiE program alumni in idea stage • Students from Education Institutional Members • Aspiring entrepreneurs • Corporate/Non-corporate employees What They Receive (Take) • Structured mentorship (chapter-driven) • Monthly capability-building workshops • Peer learning & future founder community • Access to idea-stage programs & funding readiness • Engagement with TiE ecosystem • Curated invitation for TiE events – are they allowed for Open Mic, IDEA Boot Camps and Masterclasses. Rest of the events need to be paid. What They Provide (Give) • Active participation in programs • Contribution to peer learning • Engagement in TiE initiatives • Commitment to growth and ecosystem involvement Financial Contribution ₹5,000 per annum + GST Criteria to Become Member • Entrepreneurial intent or idea-stage venture • Program alumni or aspiring founder • Alignment with TiE values

TiE Institutional Membership

Strategic Stakeholder Memberships are structured engagement vehicles that enable TiE Hyderabad to strengthen ecosystem partnerships, ensure financial sustainability, and expand mission impact — while fully preserving governance sanctity. TiE Hyderabad - Educational Institutional Membership Objective To build structured engagement with colleges and institutions to nurture entrepreneurship at the student level. Who Can Apply Universities, Engineering & Management Colleges, Other Institutions with active EDCs (Entrepreneurship Development Cells) Strategic Intent • Seed entrepreneurial thinking early in students • Create a pipeline of future founders • Institutionalize mentorship access What They Receive (Take) • 1 Stakeholder Member (1-year status, chapter level) • 1 Associate Member (E-Cell Head) • 5 Future Founder Members (Students, chapter level) • 1 Mentor mapped to institution • Multiplier Program access for EDC Head (“Train the Trainer”) • 5 passes to Annual Flagship Event • Access to CM/AM events (as per category) • Student access to curated mentor sessions (Masterclasses) What They Provide (Give) • Institutional alignment & participation • Access to students • Campus engagement support • Ecosystem outreach Financial Contribution ₹2,00,000 per annum + GST Governance Note • TiE U Committee to provide specific guidelines, including onboarding • Non-governance category • No voting rights • No AGM access • No Board eligibility • No Cohort Membership Criteria to Become a Member • Promoting Entrepreneurship and creating entrepreneurs • Alignment with TiE values

Sponsor Membership

Sponsor Membership is designed for organizations and institutions that wish to partner with TiE Hyderabad in supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem development through strategic and financial collaboration. The membership enables sponsors to actively engage with TiE’s network of entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and industry leaders while supporting flagship initiatives and community programs.(Sponsor can also be a donor if they support the TiE Hyderabad Programs financially through 80G) Who Can Apply/Join Corporations, Professional Services Firms, Consulting Firms, Incubators, Financial Institutions, Educational Institutions, etc. Strategic Intent • Enable program execution • Strengthen financial sustainability • Provide value-added visibility to sponsors • Contribute to the Hyderabad Start-up ecosystem What They Provide (Give) • Minimum ₹10,00,000 annual sponsorship • Programmatic financial support • Strategic partnership alignment For the sponsorship between 10 - 25 Lakh Rupees (Excl. of GST) What They Receive (Take) • 1 Stakeholder Member (non-voting, chapter level) • 1 Associate Member • Annual Event Passes • Access to CM/AM events • Branding benefits (as defined by the Sponsorship Committee) • Program-specific visibility For the sponsorship, more than 25 Lakh Rupees (Excl. of GST) What They Receive (Take) • 1 Charter Member with all the privileges • 1 Associate Member • Annual Event Passes • Access to CM/AM events • Branding benefits (as defined by the Sponsorship Committee) • Program-specific visibility Onboarding and Renewals • President/Board has to approve the Charter Membership for sponsor • Any Charter Membership is for 3 years as per the ByeLaws of TiE Hyderabad, post which Board has to approve for the renewal. TiE Corporate Membership

To integrate Corporates and GCCs into TiE’s startup ecosystem for market access and collaboration. Who Can Apply Corporations, GCCs (Global Capability Centres), Large Enterprises Strategic Intent • Enable market access for startups • Facilitate mentorship, industry expertise • Provide innovation pipelines for corporates What They Receive (Take) • 1 Stakeholder Member • 1 Associate Member • Annual event passes • Access to CM/AM curated sessions • Startup engagement opportunities What They Provide (Give) • ₹5,00,000 annual contribution • Market access opportunities • Mentorship access • Corporate Credits / Facilities / Sandbox opportunities Criteria to Become a Member • Entrepreneurial intent • Alignment with TiE values
