TiE Business Clinic is a structured, high-impact initiative led by Ram Yerneni, designed to provide founders with focused, 1:1 consultations with experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Conducted monthly, each edition centers around a specific domain such as Sales, GTM, Legal, Fundraising, or Cybersecurity, offering founders a dedicated 15-minute slot to discuss a key business challenge and receive practical, actionable guidance. Open to TiE Hyderabad Members, the clinic creates a confidential and solution-oriented environment where founders can address real bottlenecks and gain clarity. Curated to be time-efficient and highly relevant, each session connects participants with Charter Members, Fellow Members, or external experts, ensuring targeted insights that help move their business forward.
