I am a technology leader, entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with a career dedicated to driving innovation, building high-growth ventures, and shaping the next generation of leaders. An alumnus of Osmania University, IIT Bombay, and IIM Bangalore, with postdoctoral research from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, I currently serve as Partner and Director – Growth & Strategy at Plural Technology Pvt. Ltd..
My professional journey spans multinational corporations, emerging startups, and transformative national initiatives. As the Founder of Bartronics India Limited, I helped pioneer India’s early adoption of barcode technologies, IoT, RFID, and smart-card manufacturing. I also played a strategic role in large-scale identity and digital infrastructure programs across the United States, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and India—including the UIDAI Aadhaar initiative. Bartronics achieved a rare milestone with a successful IPO, being listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
One of the most significant projects delivered at Bartronics was a large-scale crowd management solution built using barcode and RFID technologies, designed for real-time identification, access control, and safe movement of extremely high-density populations. The platform demonstrated robustness, scalability, and public-safety impact, and was later **successfully replicated at the historic Mecca Masjid, validating its effectiveness in highly sensitive, mission-critical environments.
Deeply passionate about mentoring and education, I serve as a Professor of Practice, engaging with leading institutions such as VIT Vellore, IIT Hyderabad, Malla Reddy University, GNIT, and VNR VJIET. I am also a Board of Studies member at NMIMS and VIT Vellore, contributing to curriculum innovation and academic excellence.
My advisory and leadership portfolio includes organizations such as Spantech Engineers, AMTECH, GrayLogic Technologies, PayGST, and PaymyVAT. I have also supported high-growth startups, including Unschool and UrbanKisaan, the latter gaining global recognition through Y Combinator.
Actively engaged in global entrepreneurship ecosystems, I have served as President, Director, and Trustee of the IIM Bangalore Alumni Association, Secretary of IIMPACT Singapore, and currently serve as Global Chair – TiE Grad (TiE U) while representing TiE Hyderabad.
I am deeply involved in incubation and entrepreneurship development as a mentor at IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Hyderabad, T-Hub, VIT, VBIT, SNIT, and NMIMS. I also serve as Director, Board of Studies member, and Advisor at the Osmania University Foundation and IIM Visakhapatnam.
