In my 25 years of experience, while building Mobile + SaaS products and working with global clients, I have realized that companies are still struggling to ensure that their mobile workforce complies with set internal processes and TATs. Along with a carefully curated team of experts, I took the resolve to solve that problem and built Effort (www.geteffort.com), a SaaS platform that enables organizations to ensure that their Deskless Workforce follows processes at the right time and the right place to ensure customer success.I am happy to say that Effort has improved workforce efficiency for more than 150 companies including Mahindra Finance, L&T Finance, Xerox, MakeMyTrip, PhonePe, John Keels, CDSG, Siemens, and many more. Customers from more than 10 countries and over 50000 cumulative users use Effort. Each day over 2 million activities are handled by the platform. In the past, I have held positions of importance at various technological firms as Director of BI group at Microsoft, Development manager, and IT manager at Intel.In my free time, I love playing tennis, spending time with family, and mentoring startups through the TiE Hyderabad Chapter.
