Alluri Narayan Raju is a seasoned business leader in India’s real estate and infrastructure sector. As Director at NCC Ltd. and Managing Director of NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd., the real estate arm of NCC, he drives the company’s strategy and execution in large-scale residential and commercial developments across South India. Under his leadership, NCC Urban has rolled out ambitious plans covering over 2.5 million sq. ft. of built-up area, with projects spanning Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, and Chennai. The company has already launched six residential and villa projects in Bengaluru, expected to generate an annual turnover of ₹250 crore, while more ventures are in the pipeline across other key southern cities.
