01About

Dr. Nandita Sethi, an academic-turned-entrepreneur, is the Founder & MD of The Entrepreneur Zone (TEZ now TEZolutions), which is an Entrepreneurship Development Centre & a Startup Accelerator, providing mentorship and consultancy to Startups, SMEs, Institutions & Incubators and Corporates. A doctorate in Economics & having worked in top-notch B-schools, she has trained many top/mid-management levels in Global Markets, Business Environment, Corporate Reforms, Marketing Trends, Strategy & Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Intrapreneurship. She has authored 3 books, The Asia Pacific Region: Emerging Opportunities for India; Global Meltdown: Regional Impacts; and Rethinking India’s Growth Strategy: Services vs Manufacturing”. It was in this journey that she realized that the entire education system is heavily focused on creating job seekers and there was hardly any encouragement to youngsters who wanted to startup, thus losing out on entrepreneurship and innovation. She gave up her job of 24 yrs and made it a mission in life to spread entrepreneurship in her own way. So since 2015 she is mentoring budding entrepreneurs through her organisation The Entrepreneur Zone and is also associated with many incubators & institutions. She has been awarded TiE- best Mentor 2016-17, Indywood Business Excellence Award 2019, the COWE Excellence Award 2021 and 50-Top Women Achievers award by T-hub in 2022. She was covered by Hindustan Times ( HT- 8th March 2024) as an Inspiring Women Leader. She is the past Chairperson of CII-Indian Women Network (2019-20) and has also been board member of TiE, Hyd. Today her mission is to integrate entrepreneurship training deeply into the existing Educational system and nurture startups
