Ankit Sanjay Shah is an entrepreneur and business leader with expertise in building and scaling organisations across consulting, technology, and customer service industries. He co-founded HRH Next, transforming a six-generation family business into South India’s leading domestic contact centre, growing it from a 20-member, single-client operation into a 1,800-strong team serving marquee clients such as Swiggy, Idea-Vodafone, Cars24, Aha, BITS, and Bharat Petroleum. With prior experience at Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, and Microsoft India Development Centre, Ankit brings strong capabilities in business development, P&L management, risk and change management, and project leadership. Passionate about solving challenges and creating bespoke solutions for start-ups, he is highly process-driven with sharp observational and strategic skills. Beyond work, Ankit enjoys tennis, golf, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.
